Reactics Chem-E-Car UGM is one of the teams supported by Direktorat Kemahasiswaan Universitas Gadjah Mada, formed to take part in national and international competitions. The goal of these competitions is for teams to create a car that utilizes chemical reaction except for combustion as the power source. The car shall carry a certain load of water to a given distance and then stop autonomously. In this period, we manage four cars named Reactics Janaka, Reactics Rahwana, Reactics Abiyasa, and Reactics Abimanyu.

Since it was formed in 2010, Reactics Chem-E-Car UGM has won achievements in national and international competition. With continuous improvement spirit, Reactics Chem-E-Car UGM wants to regain achievements in 2022 by participating in IEM Malaysia Chem-E-Car Competition 2022 held by UCSI University and Process Engineering and Energy Days (PGD) Chem-E-Car Competition 2022 held by Universitas Indonesia.

By participating in the competitions, Reactics Chem-E-Car UGM wants to improve our creativity by applicating engineering knowledge and technologies, especially chemical engineering. Also, Reactics Chem-E-Car UGM hopes we can carve a good impression of Universitas Gadjah Mada and Indonesia nationally and internationally.
